MSI Center does use a Microsoft Store app, but it's best to download it from the MB Support Page as the newer versions usually appear there before showing up in the MS Store. Definitely don't install Dragon Center and MSI Center together. Open the MSI Dragon Center software and click Detail under both the CPU and GPU categories. I have to warn you that both Dragon Center and MSI Center are almost always quite buggy, but that's just the way it is unfortunately.
